Upload one compiled ESP32 .bin, then choose a single test boat or the whole fleet. Each selected boat downloads it over Wi‑Fi and keeps its stored Boat ID.

Staff accounts
View only can see fleet status/map. Worker can control boats. Administrator can also edit the geofence, manage accounts, change other users’ roles and push firmware.
